Owner Dancing Stinger Assist Hooks

Use Owner Assist Hooks with any jig or lure for increased hooking power! Owner Assist Hooks attach directly to a jig, lure or welded ring easily via loop connection. Owner assist hooks are very popular for jigging but are also great for rigging lures like poppers and stickbaits. Some anglers prefer Owner assist hooks over treble hooks. Why? Because fish can no longer leverage and shake hooks out of their mouths like they can with treble hooks due to the flexible assist cord connection.

Owner Dancing Stinger Assist Hooks are available in four lengths (with varying hook sizes); Short (1-7/8″), Medium (2-1/4″) and Long (2-3/4″). Match the length of the assist hook to the length jig. A general rule of thumb is to have the hook about 1/3 back from the top end.

For jigging and popping big fish with super heavy drag we suggest scaling up to Owner’s heavier duty assist hook option, the Owner Monster Assist Hooks. They are a great seller for anglers targeting big game with 20+ pounds of fighting drag.
